Is your computer or server making strange noises or not booting? Has your equipment been zapped in a lightning storm? Bought a new gadget and need help fitting it? Perhaps you have simply outgrown the available disk or memory space. Whatever your hardware problem may be, Yorkshire IT Solutions is here to help you with all your computer hardware needs.

We offer a low flat rate service for many items or a very competitive hourly rate. If you choose any of our flat rate services, you can add additional services at a special reduced rate.

If you need more than one of the above items, you pay for the most expensive and add any of the other items for £25 each.

#This option is used to access a PC when the Administrator password has been lost or corrupted.
   
The above add-on service prices are only valid when purchased with another full priced service.
Terms and Conditions:
1 An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.
2 Computer and all cables, power supplies and peripherals must be available and easily accessible at time of appointment.
3 Computer must be in working condition and compatible for chosen upgrades.
4 In most cases, we try to repair the equipment on-site. However, it is sometimes necessary to take the equipment into our workshop for repair, which in most cases should not take longer than three days.
5 The computer Administrator account and password must be available at the time of the visit, unless you are purchasing our “account break-in” option for lost passwords
6 The customer is responsible for the licensing of any software or operating system that is installed or re-installed on any computer.
7 Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.
8 Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.
9 Yorkshire IT Solutions guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or peripherals serviced void the labor warranty.
10 Standard Yorkshire IT Solutions Flat Rate service prices are available within 20 miles of our location. An additional travel charge may apply for our more distant clients, or for urgent calls that are attended out of our normal programmed route.
11 Service charges must be paid at time of visit.
12 Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling our office.
13 Yorkshire IT Solutions reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time band.
14 Additional charges may apply to Windows 95/98, Unix or Apple Mac Operating Systems.
15 This offer is designed for individual and small business users only. Corporations are invited to call us to discuss their specific needs.
